We began our Patient Testimonials page thanks to so many patient comments on the NHS Ratings & Reviews website but following communications this website would no longer be in use from 20th June 2025, we can no longer share feedback from this NHS source.

Took my Dad, who is 90 and hard of hearing to this GP practice as he was experiencing respiratory problems. The examining Doctor was brilliant, he took his time with everything he did and explained everything he was doing, he listened to my Dads concerns. I have heard dreadful things of late about this practice so was extremely apprehensive about needing to contact them today for the first time in many many years. I need not have been concerned. I called at 8am and was 2nd in a phone queue. After my call I was put onto a triage list for a call-back today. Received call-back at 8:45 with a face to face appointment at 9am. Treatment prescribed and follow up appointment made for 7 days time. Home with antibiotics by 9:30 Absolutely brilliant service. I was given a last minute appointment to see a doctor. He was very thorough in trying to diagnose my symptoms. He followed up days later with a phone call to ask how I was doing which was very much appreciated. Knowing how much pressure the NHS is currently under I am extremely grateful for such treatment.
