Spring 2024 Covid Booster Vaccinations

We will soon be offering free Spring Covid booster vaccinations to eligible patients.

Vaccination clinics will be in our Jubilee, Highlands and Whiteley surgeries (not Fareham Community Hospital). We are pleased to make this change following patient feedback.

There is no need to contact us yet!

We will soon contact you directly if you are:

• aged 75 years and over
• aged over 6 months and immunosuppressed
• housebound or live in a residential care home for older adults.

If we know you are eligible, we will send you a text, email or a letter depending on how you have told us we can contact you. We politely ask you wait until Wednesday 17^th April before contacting us if you have not heard from us and think you should have.
