Reception Email Inbox Closure – 1 August 2025

As part of improvements to how we handle patient requests, our reception email address has now been permanently closed.

We found that many email queries were either duplicates or needed redirecting, which delayed responses and used up valuable admin time. To provide a more efficient service, we’ve streamlined how you contact us.

What this means for you:

  • For administrative queries, please use Anima – available Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. You can also upload documents directly via Anima.
  • If you’re unable to use Anima, you can still contact us by phone or in person.
  • All third-party services (e.g., insurance, referrals) now have direct contact routes to the appropriate teams ensuring their requests go to the right team first time.
