In this edition we let our patients know that from 1 October, Anima will be open Mon to Fri, 8.00am – 6.30pm and things are changing in the way you can access the practice.

It’s a big change which needs us to work together to make it a success.

You can help us to help you by doing the five simple actions:

-Using Anima

-Use your NHSApp

-Check your contact/personal details are up to date

-Using the Health Navigator A-Z on our website to see if you do need to contact us

-Using other NHS services when signposted to them by our team
