Changes to our Saturday seated exercise class at Highlands practice

We’d like to let patients know that the Saturday seated exercise class at Highlands will be coming to an end, with the final session taking place on Saturday 22nd November.

We’d like to thank everyone who has joined and supported this group – it’s been a fantastic way to stay active and connected!

Although this class is ending, there are other local activity groups you can join to continue keeping active and enjoying the benefits of regular movement. Please speak to our team if you’d like help finding a suitable group.

Starting in January, we’re excited to launch a brand new Healthy Living Group on Saturdays. This group will focus on overall wellbeing, including nutrition, movement, and lifestyle tips to help you feel your best.
