Think Pharmacy First

We are pleased to be working with local pharmacies offering this new NHS service.
Many local pharmacies now provide support for seven conditions without you needing to see a GP first.
Your community pharmacist can supply medication, for a number of conditions including:

  • earache (aged 1 to 17 years)
  • impetigo (aged 1 year and over)
  • infected insect bites (aged 1 year and over)
  • shingles (aged 18 years and over)
  • sinusitis (aged 12 years and over)
  • sore throat (aged 5 years and over)
  • urinary tract infections or UTIs (women aged 16 to 64 years).

Minor illness? Think Pharmacy first.

Often demand for our services can be very high. Don’t wait for minor health concerns to get worse – think pharmacy first and get seen quickly by your local community pharmacy team.
