Do you use the NHS App? If so, NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board would like to hear from you.
They want to understand how many people in Hampshire and Isle of Wight use the NHS App, as well as how they use it, or if not – why not?
If you are over 16 and registered with a GP practice across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, please take a few minutes to let them know your thoughts.
The survey is anonymous but there is an option to leave contact details if you would like to share more information about your experiences or if you would like to be part of a focus groups.
