We would like to announce that as we work to improve the services we offer our patients, we have been given a new overall rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

We are pleased that people said their overall experience was positive, particularly in relation to the effectiveness of their care and treatment, including wellbeing and communication needs.
The CQC identified some areas for improvement during their inspection which we have acted swiftly to address. Patients reported some difficulties with accessing appointments, but initial feedback from patients regarding our new appointment system has suggested a more positive experience.
This is not an end point for us, we will continue to work to achieve and maintain compliance with CQC’s requirements, work on a path of continuous improvement, listening to our patients so that we can provide the best care we can.
