We offer memory clinics to support patients who have received a dementia diagnosis. These dedicated clinics are usually held at our Highlands surgery on Saturdays which tend to be less busy.
The clinic provides an opportunity to discuss your health with a healthcare professional in a calm and safe space. You are welcome to attend with a family member or carer if you think this would be helpful.
We will try to offer an alternative appointment if you are unable to attend on a Saturday or at our Highlands surgery.
We will contact you each year to invite you for your review. Of course, if you you have health issues in between reviews, do contact us.
